Meet Iselle Linde – Founder of Livi

At Livi, we believe that every child deserves an education that nurtures their unique potential. Founded by Iselle Linde, a seasoned educator with a B.Ed degree from North-West University and over 17 years of teaching and leadership experience, Livi was born out of a deep passion for education and a personal journey into Home Education.

Iselle’s career spans roles as a High School English teacher, various School Management positions, and accredited assessor. Her expertise covers CAPS, IEB, and Cambridge curricula, making her a trusted guide in the South African education landscape.

The idea for Livi was inspired by Iselle’s own experience Home Educating her three children. She recognised how overwhelming the process can be for parents, especially those without a background in education. From understanding legal requirements to creating structured lesson plans, she faced many of the same challenges parents encounter today.

Livi was created to bridge this gap, offering tailored support, resources, and expertise to help families thrive in their Home Education journey. With a focus on personalised assessments, high-quality templates aligned with Department of Education standards, and an innovative approach to student progress tracking, Livi empowers parents to educate with confidence and clarity.
